Meet the Founder
Hawke Solutions was founded by Tonya Fuschtei — a First Nations leader with over a decade of experience working across Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, community and youth services.
Tonya brings together lived experience, professional practice and creative design to support organisations to strengthen how their work shows up on the ground. Her background spans workforce development, program implementation, organisational development, leadership and management, with a strong focus on translating complex ideas into practical tools and learning resources.
Throughout her career, Tonya has worked with community-controlled organisations, government services and frontline teams across Far North Queensland. She has seen first-hand the gap between strategy and everyday practice, and Hawke Solutions was created to bridge that gap.
Her work centres cultural integrity, relational accountability and clarity in delivery. Whether developing training content, designing resources or facilitating cultural introduction sessions, Tonya focuses on creating tools that are grounded in culture and built for real-world application.
